Summer rentals (July 1st to Labour Day Weekend in September) are $1,200/week.  

Non summer rentals (Sept after Labout day to June 30) are $1000/week or $175/night Monday - Thursday or $200/night Friday - Sunday.  

Rates are for up to 8 people, for every guest over 8 up to a maximum of 12 will be $25 per person per night

There is a $100.00 cleaning fee if your stay is three nights or less.
